FM11 Crashes PC

As the title says, when I load Football Manager 2011 it crashes my pc.... not sure why... no warning.

any help??

Specs:
Intel Core 2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
2GB RAM
Nvidia GTX 260 1648 MB
Windows 7

Entire PC crashing? Do you get a blue screen? Is it just FM that crashes? or is it freezing? etc

If it's just the game crashing...get used to it and save often

I ran it in safe mode and it came up with 'failed to setup graphics system'

any clue?

the cpu usage is quite high...

Sounds possibly, maybe, like it could be something to do with graphics. Maybe the card/drivers aren't up to date

ill try installing new drivers and stuff and get back to you
