FM11 Disc

I don't want to use Steam, so as a solution this is useless to me.

Everytime I put the disc in, I have to push it in and out like 1000 times for it to read the disc and sometimes it never even reads it, but it reads all other discs.

Any suggestions?

Take care of your disc properly.

If you can get it to read, use deamon tools lite or a simialr program to mount a copy or your disc to the hard drive.
