I am going to go a team in the Liga BBVA and i want to change the annoying registration rule of there being a maximum of 3 non EU players. Can anyone help me :S

before adding nation rules, can you remove them ?

how can you go on nation rules. isnt there only way to add nation rules and before adding it i know you cant remove it. can we ?

Replace any team on the league you want with the team you want.

yeah i set all the teams etc but i can not make the leagues total team number (min 20 max 20) to 20, it stays 18. i did it by editor, add nation rules but when i wanna start game i can select the database for example game1.dbc but left to it, writes turkey and when the next round, round that the leagues appear, i can not choose turkey, it has an exclamation mark that i can not read the problem, it doesnt show the problem, fm been locked.
