EUCA Super League v2
Welcome to the European Super League for FM11. I am very proud
of this creation and have been enjoying FM11 again since
I started playing this.
Players' transfers updated for summer 2011/12.
Have fun.
IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!! OCCASIONALLY I HAVE ENCOUNTERED A CRASH WHEN THE GAME STARTS IF I DO A PLAYER SEARCH FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU. SO TO BE SAFE AS SOON AS YOU LOAD THE GAME UP PLEASE PRESS F5 AS THIS SEEMS TO FIX THAT PROBLEM!!
I don't know why it crashes if you do not do this (it's effectively a shortcut to the player search,) but if you do a player search using the drop down it will crash lol, I dont know why.
Location to download - http://www.4shared.com/file/jb0zaoNu/EUCAv2.html
In the zip file there contains logos for more competitions with instructions on how to add them if you don't know how.
Please note I have used the summer update by LG and built upon that. It was the best update around so full credit must go to that author for all the real world transfers done on this. Also a big thanks to him for allowing me to use his database. Muchas Gracias. His summer update is found here: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=5351
Description
Due to the corruption at U.E.F.A 964 of Europe's biggest clubs from nations on the continent have voted in favour of forming their own breakaway league.
With some of the worlds biggest corporations and companies promising to invest heavily in
this new venture the new structure is setting up shop within the North American continent.
On board so far are Fly Emirates, Sky, Volkswagen, adidas, Deutsche Telekom, UniCredit, Credite Agricole and Skoda, with a few more likely investors due to come on board in the next few weeks.
It is believe that around £1.5bn (but likely to rise) will be shared amongst the clubs amongst various competitions, and the figure each team gets will be split accordingly due to their stature within the tiers of what is set to be called 'The European Super League', and within this new league structure there will also be Divisional cups as well as a European F.A Cup. Also during each season there will be a Super Cup where the winner of the European Premier League will play the winners of the F.A Cup.
Clubs will not move from their country of origin and will remain to play their matches in Europe with the governing body based primarily on the Island of Montserrat.
FIFA have sanctioned this new breakaway league and given the go ahead for the league to be based in Montserrat, but with the proviso that the governing body of E.U.C.A must in turn create an unofficial nation that will not be recognised by FIFA, but with the hope that it brings soccer to a more wider audience. It also must not conflict with the already established M.L.S but work along side that to bring a wider scope to soccer within the Carribean and the North American continent.
FIFA have also allowed clubs from E.U.C.A to compete in the two newly formed world club competitions.
