FM16 Beta/Demo

Can somebody please tell me if after the new update if the FM16 Beta/Demoo is open to all now (Not just people who have pre-purchased) and if so how to find it on Steam. Cheers.

Okay I was just going by this quote ''For anyone who is yet to pre-purchase Football Manager 2016, you’ll get immediate access to this version now by downloading from a participating digital retailer'' but suppose this is for people to still pre-purchase then. Thanks

Demo will be released after the final version is released by Sega
