choose create a club mode and then createyourself 2 players(maximum) then go back where you select clubs and you will see that the squad budget is higher. then you can create another 2 players and the other 2 yu created before are still there! YOU CAN CREATE ALL THE PLAYERS YOU WANT WITH CA & PA 200!!!! AND YOUR BUDGET DOESNT MATTERS!!!!
