FM16 Touch Trasnfers Help

Quick question, I play FM Touch on the iPad and prior to starting a new save the 2 database options given for team transfers are FM2016 database and Official winter update. Is there any way I can transfer players or download a latest squad update onto my game files with more recent transfers and loaned players?

Nope. You can't do custom databases on Touch.
