FM16 wont let me printscreen in game

Hi guys, my football manager game is not allowing me to print screen within the game any more, this action was working until i recently restored my computer to factory settings, i was using the Ctrl+PrintScreen button and would prefer this method again over any external programs. any help with this problem would be highly appreciated guys

Try Alt + F9. Screenshots will be captured in your SI folder -> screenshots folder.

Alt + F9 works for me
