Club names and league names:
1.Club names added to the database (FCP-> FC Porto ..
2 Original names added to the league's

General Changes:
1. Added new people that does not exist in the database - presidents / players / managers / staff and youth coaches.

Updated Transfers:

Step 1
1) Download the file, extract the file with winrar ->21-3-2017 FM Data Update X 2017 17.3.1
Step 2
1) Set the FMF file in the following folder: (User) / My Documents / Sports Interactive / FM 2017 / editor data (If not present folder manually create!
2) Start FM 2017
3) Click on new game

Again there are lot of interesting changes as adjusted number several large transfers from the Chinese league.
