Hi @Danwolf , thanks for these, I've been using them for a few seasons now.
Although I tweaked slightly so that each unit gets a prime focus each day, rather than defenders x2 on one day and attackers x2 another - mixed them up so each gets 1 focus training. Not sure if it helps, but I doubt it does any harm.
Anyway, QUESTION: What about Youth and Reserve teams? Same, or different?
