Greetings all!

I am hoping that someone can help me out there in the 'real' world! I have been playing the game for the last few days with no problems at all (apart from having team issues!) saves etc have been ok but today when I clicked on the icon in the dock it started up with the usual Sega logo and the screens that come after that but then it just went straight back to the desktop. I didn't even get as far as the startup screen where you select New or Saved Game options. I was running the 10.3 patched version so I tried re-applying the patch - no success. I have even tried un-installing and re-installing the game and not patching it at all and it still doesn't work. This is now driving me mad as I don't know what else to try. I am using a Macbook 2.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4GB RAM so the machine is up to spec and like I said earlier it has been working fine - I had a 4 hour gaming session last night and it was fine.

Any help that anybody can give would be greatly appreciated!

Cheers

Bantam Man

I have also got the same problem, also on mac! anyone know? thnx

Hi there i am having the same problem. the game was working fine for the last 2 months and then i tried loading it yesterday and does not want to know. I brought a mac book just for using it with Football Manager and now it does not work. very fustriating what can be done? What will i do at the weekend if it will not load up again.

you'll have to unstall FM 2010 & re-install it, but before you remove it I would back up all your files like graphics folder, games, data editor

I am having exactly the same problem and it is getting frustrating as ****

Apple recently sent a software update I can only think that it is linked to that because I dont use any downloads or transfer updates.

If anyone can help I would be grateful.

Haven't had the problem as yet, but I feel that us Mac users do not get the same help as the bog-standard windows users!
