fm2011 fail when classic view

hello everyone,

i can't figure out what to do with my problem. everytime i play a match and i want to view the playes in the 3d screen my fm11 shuts down, i can't find the problem do you guys know what i have to do?

Do you have the appropriatte graphics capabilities with your pc/laptop? and updated graphics drivers etc

well yeah, i played it almost about 7 days total time and suddenly it started failing when i wanted to view 3d so i dont know whats going on. if i need to reinstall please tell me how i should do it i'm not very good at that stuff
