FM2012 - How to?

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone could please help me. I would like to download the player pictures, kits and badges for the teams in the premier league, I have managed to get the badges but I am struggling on how to get the kits and pictures, can anybody please help me?

Installation:
My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2012\graphics\facepacks (create this folder if it doesn't exist)


Note:

• To get the style like the screenshots, you have to download >>> NON PLAYER PROFILE [MOD], this will make the default size (120px x 120px) become larger (180px x 180px).
  
  
• Extract and put non player profile.xml as the instructions below...

*Default FM12 skins user >>> My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/panels (create panels folder if it doesn't exist)

*Custom FM12 skins user >>> My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2012/skins/'ur skins names'/panels (replace file if it already exist).
