FM2012 - Who Should I Be? help needed.

I really need some help with choosing my team for FM2012. and thinking of starting a blog too?
so yeah, any suggestions please. I also want a challenge so don't suggest any easy teams like Man City, Real Madrid, Barca etc. Many thanks |)
