Any OI, and change in games*

Mate, I must say this tac doing wonders
Got promoted to PL with Birmingham with other tac & got 8place
with Europa League
But then face 2nd season syndrome
and had to switchtacs after series of defeats
yours helped me go 5 unbeaten in a row, beating Villareal
But I've got 2 problems:
1) Defence. My CB's (good ones) make oersonal mistakes & have low ratings. WB's are unstable. Any advices?
2) any hits on team talks?

And to you send special players for corners?
