FMC for FM skin crash dump fix?

I use the FMC for FM skin on FM14 and sometimes i want to play either a big match or just the occasional game or two.. but everytime i want to play a few games i need to switch my skin or never use subs (which is a difficult ask) as it would crash for the simple task of making a substitution..

Anyone made a corrected version? Small annoyance i know but i'd like to stop it
