FMC tactics ?

That's correct, because you don't need 3 slots in FMC.

ok cool but if i change tactics then wont be fluid so better to play in carreer mode if got home and away tactic?

There's no tactical familiarity in FMC, so it doesn't matter what you change. All tactics are always fully fluid.
