FMC Unlockables not working?

Whenever I try to click on the unlockables in game, the links just do nothing... Have I missed something? Are they going to be available only after official release?

i try to avoid using them anyway, but I like to apply the no sacking one, because I find getting sacked more irritating than I appreciate the realism... Cheating a bit I know

I couldn't enable/buy them either.. i think it'll be a full release thing..
