FMRTE crashes before opening

I'm not sure if this is the right section to post it in, but i'm having problems with FMRTE. I have the latest version of the software and i'm running 11.2.1. For some reason FMRTE crashes before it even opens. As soon as i click on the icon, windows tells me that the program has stopped working, and closes it. Anybody else having a similar problem?? its happened on every version of FMRTE that i've downloaded for fm11

hhhmmmm, me thinks not. i rarely ever use the program, its just a useful tool to have
