Ok I try to open it normally (double click) it says FMRTE stopped working.
So I try to run it as administrator and it says FMRTE has stopped working.
It doesn't even open up- just that box that says it's not working.

I've done that 3 times.

I think Nick is right, and use their installer version as that apparently checks for the proper .net framework

What do you mean the "installer version." ??
