anyway, is there a way of getting a player to a new club without having to swap players?
if so how?
for example Higuaín at Liverpool? Thanks.

I think you can set a future transfer with fmrte. You can set the transfer fee and the date and playing/goal bonus's and you can also tick arange friendly as part of the deal with fmrte.

The transfer goes through on the date you set ..etc
