FMRTE PROBLEM HELP!

hi everone, hope you can help, i have got the original game and downloaded the new fmrte, it was workin g fine originally, but now i have this error pop up, "fmrte does not support your game version (12.0.3f231651), or your savegame is not loaded yet... supported versions 12.0.2 230123 STEAM, What the **** is all this about?

FM was updated. You'll have to wait until the new version of FMRTE is out.

Gentlemen, what I do: because, I do not have a bank account, nor the same card, shed via 10 euro for PayPal, and a moment after reaching the money on PayPal received a limitation that I can download through the confirmation of debit / credit card with my name . This restriction is unfortunately impossible for me pour money on FMRTE, I wrote to them (PayPal) yesterday on this and told to wait 24 hours per response that I did not get, and the restriction is still blocking me from buying and licensing FMRTE.
