HI FM FANS :)

Important !!!

Mentality for this tactic is Standard.If you play with Big Clubs like ( M.City , R.Madrid , Chelsea , Bayern , Juventus...i recommended to you always play with Standard Mentality !!!
If you play with Medium or Small Clubs i recommended tou you at Home always use Standard Mentality , but in Away games change Mentality to Counter !!!

First of all i want to say, this tactic was originally created by TFF / Predator / . I was only tweaked !!!
In this tactic no need Manual Marking !!!
I used for All Matches Instant Result !!! So this tactic works with Instant Result !!!

During the pre-season I recommend to play as many friendly matches as possible(no less than 7 matches) in order to have the tactic fully fluid at the start f the season. Also I recommend to choose weak opponents for friendly matches in order to insure big wins and have "Superb" morale for the team at the start of the season.

General Training :

Main Focus - Pre Season ( Team Cohesion - High or Very High )
- Season ( Balanced - Avarage or High )

Match preparation :

 "Match Tactic" until the tactic is fully fluid then I change to 30%-40% Def. Positions.

SET PIECES CONFIGURATION:

Only DL and DR should take the corners in order to make / Short Corner / setup work.
Only DL and DR and Central Defenders should have / Long Flat Throw / PPM and take the throws in.

IMPORTANT:

ML should be right footed or have Fairly Strong , Strong rating for the right foot
MR should be left footed or have Fairly Strong , Strong rating for the left foot

Match Plan?

Hi FMSerbia,

Has this tactic been tried with Lower League Teams?

Also, do you apply a match plan during Instant Result?
 
FM14SERBIA, do you prefer any particular size of pitch when playing your tactics?
Minimum, Standard, Maximum, Wide, Narrow etc....
 
Odlicna taktika ali najveci problem imam sa sredinom terena tj. CM/s i CM/d. Sve ostale pozicije imaju ocjene od 7.5+ ali na te dve pozicije konstantno 6.8 ili manje. Ikakav savjet ?

CMD nikad nece imati bolju ocenu od 7+ , jer on ima samo posao da uzme loptu i da da jednostavne paseve.
CMS isto nije bas ofenzivan igrac i zbog toga nema dobar rating , meni je uvek oko 7,2 rating... mozes da mu stavis jos instruction more risky passes :) onda ce imati malo bolju ocenu :)

Znaci nemaju dobar rating jer ne daju gol paseve , ne daju golove , i ne daju kljucne paseve. Vise im je posao da ne primis gol :)

Preporucujem ti da probas ovu taktiku :) Ovo je moja najbolja taktika :) Nije tako offenzivna kao 4-4-1-1 , ali tu igraci uvek imaju rating 7+ , svi !!!
