Anyone know if there is a database, where ALL players are free agents at the start of the game?

I'd love a scramble for the world to build a club each...


Failing that i did start a game with £150mil at west ham and 0 players (released everyone), that was a good laugh..Just wondered if i could take it to a world level or at least EPL or the major Euro leagues..
