Football Manager 1888/1889 - Would it be possible?

Now I understand this was an April fools joke from last year (Gutted that it was)

However the idea of having a 1888/89 football manager seemed really intriguing to me. I might be the only one but I do not know, who would love to see this as a possibility to play. So I'm wondering if it'd be at all capable to make and develop an edit for FM15 to make the game similar to the article linked below.

It may be completely hopeless as I wouldn't particularly know where to start. Seeing if anyone has any ideas

The only guys who can make that are sports interactive. It's impossible to change game date, football rules and so many other things. Unless you're a programmer (a pretty **** good one) and make a game yourself.

Maybe someone can just make a skin that looks like this one.
