It is now out and you can DOWNLOAD IT FROM iTUNES.

Very exciting news for iPod Touch & iPhone users. Football Manager Handheld 2010 is coming to the iTunes store for the low price of £6.99 from the 13th April (hopefully).

Over the last few months, the most asked question of me on Twitter and Facebook has been "when is Football Manager coming to iPhone/iPod", and I've confidently pointed out that it wasn't coming.

When people have asked "when is Football Manager Handheld coming to iPhone/iPod" I've been very quiet.

I am beyond excited to be able to announce today that FMH2010 is coming to iPhone and iPod touch. And even more excited to be able to announce that what has been our best kept secret ever, it's coming out in the next 48 hours!

We don't know exactly when it will be available in the apps store, although we've set a midnight local time release for tonight - it takes a while for all servers to propogate though, hence me saying it'll be live in the next 48 hours.

We are expecting some reviews today from journalists who received ridiculously limited edition Football Manager Handheld iPod Touches (engraved by the people who engrave the FA Cup!) with the game pre-installed on it, which has been the only way anyone outside of SI and SEGA has been able to see the game. I will put links to the reviews when they are available. There will also be a competition to win one of these devices in the coming weeks!

I will also add to this post later with feature information and some screenshots.

Meanwhile, if any of you are in Australia, I reckon you'll be the first people getting the game due to time differences, so please let us know if/when you see it in the app store!

i read about this on bookface.

Il be downloading it for sure. :D

Think it will disappoint just like on the PSP

It's not quite 'Angry Birds' is it?

**** sake, just brought Championship Manager two days ago... What a waste.

Im just going to be playing fm all the time then.

AFC Wimbledon are always the example team... Damng, and i returned my Ipod touch :( Looks good for Handheld

looking forward to it but £7 is quite alot for an ipod/iphone app - looks quite basic but thats probabally best for a small screen. will download because it will be good for car journeys etc when you dont have computer and a much better alternative to championship manager but championship manager is only £2.99!

Looks like it's got some good reviews. The Champ Man one is rubbish, so I'm looking forward to this.

I hope this is really good, I downloaded Champ Man. on the iPhone, which was 1,000,000x too easy so hopefully this will be a lot more realistic and a good game to play

i have soccer manager and championship manager, id say soccer manager is much better than chamoionship manager even thought the teams and palyers aren't licensed

will be getting this when my ipod is charged

Dam I was looking forward to this but £7 is quite a lot for an iPod app although it'll probz be the best app on there by far.

It is slightly expensive but would be nice to play it whilst out and about when i haven't got my laptop with me. The features seem to be pretty good just hope the gameplay speed is just as good!!
