Football Manager Is Preparing To Launch...

Right, you've probably had alot of this, but nothing's helped me;

Load Steam, press "Play" on Football Manager 2012, "Football Manager is preparing to load...", then nothing.

I've tried starting it in offline mode, re-installing, everything.

It's worked twice. Only twice. Had it nearly a week.

Any help is very, very much appreciated.

after ive tried to load mine it says the game in currently unavailable try again later its happened for the last two days and im unsire on what it is or what i have to do

it is adding the update
