football manager not running

Hi guys i got a problem.I install football manager 2012 on my netbook HP and it cant run. When i double-click on the icon it starts loading but not sound or picture , when i click again it says that the game is already runnig.And there she is in the task manager in processes. If it possible that my netbook is very weak for this game or something isn't right? I really need help please guys.
