Football Manager Screen Problem

I changed the settings to Windowed Mode , Then the it said Loading screen and then went black. I decided to reload it and then it does all the sponsor and writting etc before it gets to the ( New game , Load last game, Load Game , Network game ) I was just wondering how to get it back to the Normal settings... I use Xp so this could help

right click the shortcut of football manager and then select properties and it should come up with options such as windowed small screen and stuff like that click it back to normal if there is an option hope that helps mate i had the same problem lol
