Football video game with the best ever gameplay?

What would you consider to be the best football game of all time, in terms of a big skill gap, having diverse tactics with their own reality-like properties (not having a META way to play the game, so to speak) and simultaneously having a nice overall feel of realism to its gameplay?

I feel as if the current titles, like FIFA 23 and eFootball 2023, come up short to what they promise to deliver.

I also have been trying PES 2021 with gameplay mods these past months, but I find it hard to play with diversity, since I think the game pushes you to play a very one-dimensional style every game.

PES6, but heavily modded. Last great PES. And Fifa14, but it is dated unlike Pes6 because no mods.

One more vote for ea sports. I have to say their attention to detail and commitment to realistic gameplay is unparalleled. The latest iteration of their football title feels like a true simulation experience. EA Sports has consistently pushed the boundaries of what's possible in sports gaming, and it really shows. If you're after the best football video game experience, you can't go wrong with their offerings.

All new versions of these games come out the same. There are no alternatives at all and I don't see any in anyone's plans. I would like some new game, maybe from football in the second person, where you will play for one player your entire career. I am a fan of football, but I can't play this. I often go to casino bonus on https://gamblizard.com/ and at least there is variety there. These games at least somehow distract me from the daily hustle and bustle. Well, let's hope that someday something normal will come out.

I think soon football games will stop being played at all and no one will buy them.
