I have watched quite a few. Very interesting to find out how they were spotted.
Like Bastistuta didn't want to leave his home, he wanted to stay and go to school. So the only way he would leave is if they provided him with an education.
Now he has done his coaching badges but is happy with life in argentina where he has his own local business.
