Background to the tactic & who it originated from
Before I go into this, this tactic was originally created by FootyManagerTV (on youtube) and he showed the Team Instructions on one of his videos, so I decided to try using it and I have had great success so far just like he has had! He deserves full credit for it and I am not crediting myself for it.
He also managed to win the Belgian Cup vs Anderlecht, he dominated possesion against a team that were probably favourites to win the cup.
He was also in the Europa League but with a small team you cant expect him to go and win that.
Manchester United
On another series of his with Manchester United, he decided to start using this tactic aswell yet again with great success. He started using this tactic from Episode 41. He's first game using this tactic was against Manchester City and he got a decent draw and he was dominating the stats, considering he had just put this tactic in during the middle of the season.
His next league game was up against Liverpool away which he managed to win 2-1, yet again dominating.
He also managed to get onto a 7 match winning streak scoring 23 and conceding only 3 goals.
This is as far as he is at the moment and is looking like he is going to win the Premier League, possibly the Champions League aswell.
The Tactic
This tactic is a very attacking tactic on Attacking and Very Fluid.
No players are on support and all are on either attack or defend.
Team Instructions
These instructions allow this tactic to control the possession and play with a higher tempo!
Training
For the training I have the main focus as Balanced, High intensity and Attacking Movement.
Opposition Instructions
I leave these to my assistant Mauro Tassoti!
My Success So Far
Just under half way in the season and leading the Liga BBVA after having a bad season last season with a different tactic, lost 1 which was to Barca!
We haven't been at our best in the Champions League but we have had a tough group and games where we've had to play our second team due to massive games in the League suchas Barca!

FootyManagerTV, originally used this tactic with Club Brugge in his Journeyman save, in he's first season with them he managed to win the Belgian Pro League after being predicted to finish 3rd.
