For weakest team tactic? Union B.

Sorry for my english at the beggining.
I play a team like Union Berlin. Promoted to a higher league (bundesliga 1.) but here I lose with all teams (View attachment 173257View attachment 173258 and I have a solid players.

Are there any tactics for this type teams like my Union?? Patch 11.2.1

Try my La Masia tactic works brilliantly with weaker teams on 11.2 patch, allows very little creative freedom and alot of movement off the ball with short simple passing with drill crosses.

It has 8k+ downloads so its pretty **** good, will produce good football goals and is pretty tight at the back. It is however COMPLETELY USELESS on 11.3 patch but 11.2.1 it works brilliantly.

As there are few tactics for 11.2 uploaded, I suggest that you try the one linked to above. In the future, please use the stickies http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...51490-what-approach-tactic-suits-my-team.html or make a search instead of starting a brand new thread. (This is the 4th thread in 2 days that is asking for a tactic for a weak team).
