Foreign player rule in France

I understand in France that only 4 foreign players can be registered, what I'm wondering is how long do they have to be residents in the country to become domestic or is that not the case?

European citizen is 5 years? I think, some countries it's different. France is 5 years though I think.

Should tell you on there nationality profile bit.. days to qualify stat. Have a look at someone u just signed.. prob 3-5 years
