Foreign Youngsters Youth Intake

I manage a club in Scotland and I have affiliates to potentially recruit youth players from Ireland, Peru, and Argentina.

Would I get these players (should I get any) with my youth intake or would I get a message from the club on the day of that years youth intake in these countries?

You'll get your youth intake ans in the message it will say 'Player X came from Club X' or something like that
