Does a foreign player whom is sent overseas for loan add to the days of local nationality?

Eg. PSG sent a Mexican to EPL. Does the Mexican gain days towards being a French?

I don't see any problems why not...Just to make sure send him on loan...save game as test...move game one day and check if he has another day added to him...If not you can load the game from day before....

Why would he gain days towards being french, if he is loaned out to England?

He would earn days towards being ENGLISH. Hence the point of teams like Man Utd etc having teams like Anderlecht as an affiliated team, because they can send players who don't get work permits there and they gain Belgian nationality allowing them to play for Man Utd. So no, he would get English days added NOT French.
