Hi all, this is my 1st post. I have been a keen reader and fan of a lot of stories for several years, they always give me great tips on players, staff and tactics.

Recently I have been playing a save with Nottingham forest with the aim of establishing them as a solid premiership outfit but as the save has progressed I have exceeded all of my expectations. These 1st few posts take me up to Oct 2019... after I will post an update mid and end of each season dependant on whether or not you guys find it interesting.

I know this doesn't give a great amount of detail but I didn't plan on posting until recently so please feel free to ask questions and request screen shots. I will be keeping a better "story" going forward with 2 updates per season.

Looks pretty good to me - Have you had any expansion to the stadium with the success that you've brought?

Yes we are now in the 43,291 seater Brian Clough Arena

I also requested improvements to training and youth set ups. Would love to have the next best thing pass through our youth system but may take a few more requests until that becomes possible.

mid season update

league
After getting through 7 of the hardest games back to back you can face I hit very good form winning 9 of the next 11. Currently sitting top by 3 points but Chelsea have 2 games I hand.

qualified 2nd in the group behind Real Madrid I have Juventus in the next round.

I changed my expectations with the board to winners to increase my wage budget. I don't have anyone im currently looking to sign but like to have some money in the event messi leaves barca on free. You can see from my remaining fixtures that most of my difficult league matches are over. I should be winning most if not all of my remaining games

Season has just finished

After a rollercoater end of season with injuries and suspensions we have managed to retain the premiership!!!

Good cup runs including a semi final defeat on penalties to real Madrid gives me a great platform to work off for next season were the European cup is my main target.

All of which have been with me from day dot in the championship

A 40mill transfer budget to work with this summer and it's clear I need a few squad players given that towards the end of the season my bench only had 3 senior players and the rest sub standard youth

I'm seriously considering selling can.. 5 red cards this season most of which in very important games could have cost us the league and did cost us a final place in both the fa cup and the champions league. Anything around the 30million mark and I'm accepting and gunning for pogba

2020/2021

Kicked this season off with an overhaul of the team. Sold can to barca for 37mill, I was sick of his lack of discipline costing us games. Sold dybala to Everton for 15 mill as it was a good price and sold timo horn for 25 mill as scuffet was avail for 30mill.

Brought in munir for 40mill.. Superstar
Scuffed for 30mill
Ramos for 6 mill.. Old but still good stats and I like experience at the back

1st game city in community shield...won on penalties

1st 3 league games Norwich, Southampton & Watford. Won all 3 quite easily but not happy I conceded so many.
