But it does matter how many schedules I use for my players?.

For example, were I to have four coaches, would it mean that if I assign players up to four schedules they would train for full eficiency and if I were to add more the efficiency would be dropping so if I got 5 schedules they would have inly 80% effectiveness and if I were to get up to one per player, like thirty schedules, they would do nothing?.
 
I don't think how many schedules you have matters (someone may prove me wrong) but in my experience it's just that you don't have too many players assigned to not enough coaches. So if you have 50 players with just 1 coach per coaching attribute (goalkeeping, strength etc) then the coaches workload will be heavy (or above if you can get that) and therefore not as effective.

You may already know all that though AND I may be wrong but just thought I'd try and help :P
 
Is no the number of schedules but more the number and ability of your coaches
 
Makes no difference .. I have a diff schedule for each player at Arsenal and Nesebar.
