Hi, is there a way to turn player and team morale off completely? I know it's most likely a stupid question, I don't know anything about editing, but that "psychological" aspect of the game is the only reason I've not been playing FM for 5-6 years.
So is it possible somehow that team talk, media, team's recent results have on impact on player/team's performance? I just want to be tactician, not a psychologist, I wanna win or lose because of my tactic or player selection, not because my team is in a good/bad form or because of my pre-game team talk.
I guess the answer is NO, but I had to ask
