Formation and signings for brighton?

Can anyone suggest any young loan signings or free players to sign in my first season as brighton managers. Also if anybody has had a successful career with them could you tell me what formations work well. Thanks

If he hasn't retired, sign Marco Materazzi. Still captain of Italy although already 41. He's free and you can squeeze about two seasons from him
