formation tatic help please

I am in the BSP and uaing formation 41302. What would be the best tatics to go with this formation. I have below avaerage player for the league and if possible tatic what scores just one or two without connceedinv please. Thanks for any help guys

I would go for a 4-4-2 personally. But balance philosphy, normal passing, more pressing etc. Just find out what roles best suit your players. What team are you and what season?
