Formation/Tatics for Chelsea

I'm using a 4-1-2-1-2 with Chelsea, I did alright in the pre-season and the first few games, But then started drawing against teams like Blackburn and Wigan.

I'm using:
Torres - - Drogba
Lampard
Mata/Malouda - - - Ramires/Kane
Mikel/Romeu
Cole/Betrand - Ivanovic/David Luiz - Terry/Alex - Hibbert/Bosingwa

What tactics do i need to play/or what formation to use?
