I'm posting a lot of questions cos they cover different things so apologies

When you pick your match day squad, what do you go by? For me I usually go form first then condition for the first eleven then subs I usually filter by condition only.......You?

i usually play my first 11, if they injured or not 90+% fit, i go for the bench.

Form i manage through discussions "you have not scored, pick yourself up" blablabla.

Youngsters should be given chances into 1st squad only by fitting 1 or 2 into first team setup, not 11.

Trouble is I'm playing LLM and there often lower than 90% fit because of the level I'm at!
