Formations for long term

Hi all I decided for my last game of Fm 2010 I have started with my home town of fleetwood.
I'm hoping to do at least 30 yrs or as many as I can before FM2011 comes out.

Now I was wondering what is the best thing to do stick with one formation throught my career or have a few formations to keep things interesting and not struggling to fit players in one formation when i move club (big problem I have is when I join a club were my last formation usually a 4-5-1 doesnt work because they have too many good strikers who can't play on the wing so cant use them as inside forwards etc)

I'd say the best thing is to have 3 or 4 tactics if you want to use them for 30 years
My chose would be
4-4-2 with wingers, 1 cm and 1 dm
4-5-1 with 2 wingers and 1 am
4-5-1 with 2 wingers 2cm and 1 dm
4-3-3 and probably the flat 4-4-2
