Former portuguese referee Jacinto Paixão, who had been investigated a few years back for alleged corruption, came forward and admitted to being bribed and said that it was a common practice back then (Between 2002 and 2004, at least) by Porto. The club would pay for 'personal trips' and high-standard prostitutes to match officials which would then proceed to 'pay them back' in the pitch. An example of this was a match against Academica which Porto won 4-1 after trailing 0-1 at half time, with 3 goals in the last thirteen minutes, 2 of them being penalties.
He released a video confession recorded by himself in 2004 'in case something happened to him or his family' in which he admits the bribes and gives a few names.

The title is misleading and some of the comments are too. Mourinho is not directly implicated, although some of the Porto hierarchy are. Don't know about the degree of truth in this, though.
