Forum problem

Hi All

Have been trying to post a thread and get the following message:

'Post denied. New posts are limited by number of URLs it may contain and checked if it doesn't contain forbidden words.'

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Could it be something in the body of the text?

how many pics and link are going to be in it? to ruduce spam new accounts are limited from the off.

there were no pics or links within it. I did wonder if any of the punctuation used may represent a forbidden item etc. so tried changing a few bits (% - signs etc) but nothing worked. Any other ideas what may trigger this?
