Forza Milan! - An AC Milan Story

Hello and welcome to my new Football Manager story. My last story with Inter died out due to a busy time, but I will (hope) to keep this story going long-term, enough to hopefully have some success with it!

I wanted to go with AC. Yes, I went with their rivals Inter in my last story, but I have followed and supported Milan for a number of years. I had admired their sides in previous years. Pirlo, Seedorf, Ambrosini, Gattuso, Shevchenko, Inzaghi and more. And it is my aim with this side to get the Rossoneri back to where they belong; Champions League and domestic winners for many years.

My aims for Season 2013-2014 are:

- Compete for the Serie A title
- Semi Finals of the TIM Cup
- Quarter Finals of the Champions League
- Play an attractive style of football

I believe if I achieve these, it will build a good foundation for the season after, where we can kick on and hopefully secure trophies.

The pre-season is complete. With only one defeat, coming in our first match against Celtic, I am reasonably happy with the performances and results.

I found this tactic on here and thought it would work well for Milan, so I will be testing this tactic. I hear it is meant to provide lots of possession and clear-cut chances as well as having a high pass accuracy.

Although there will be a league fixture in-between, my next update will provide results and information about our Champions League Qualifying matches. Our opposition standing in the way of qualification to the group stages are Grasshopper Zurich. Or Grasshoppers ​as they are now known.
