Download here

Released every player above 150CA and all players from:
Premiership
Liga BBVA
Serie A
Bundesliga
SPL
Championship
French league
Portuguese League
Dutch League

For the big 3 leagues & championship it has been edited for 10.3 otherwise some teams might have a few players which were added when 10.3 update was released.

is this the update where you dont have to edit the wages if you start a new game?
 
i love this, do i just overwrite the old free agent db with this one
 
why do you need the save? cant i just start a new game and make it recognize this then untick the add key staff?

well the save game removes chelsea's transfer embargo, and makes every wage budget for all the clubs correct

It has "add key staff" unticked
 
What about Bristol City Joe? You are letting the bristolians down
