Free Kick help

Is it better to have right footed players take right sided free kicks and left footed players take left free kicks or opposite take free kicks?

i play opposite way,then they can bend it like beckham.but most ipmortant are still stats.

I usually do so:
if a freekick takers attribute are 18+ on FK taking and decision, then i set him as the kick taker(mixed options/leftfooted rightside and the otherway)
but if he has lower attributes then i ask him to pass it or whatever else ;D
My best Freekicker is Veloso ; P

Same for me, every so often he gets lucky enough to put 3 FK's in a single game

i think that in crosses it doesnt matter that much,

I play opposite but I have my own problem ,even when a very good free kick taker is in a shooting position they always seem to pass or cross and not shoot.Why?

select your free kick taker, go to player interaction and under preffered moves select rifle in free kicks more often. that should help
