Free Loans for Lower Premier League in 2nd Season

I have just been promoted to premier league with Bournemouth and have used my transfer and wage budget. However I need a GK and potentially a winger/ST who requires no wage contribution and no monthly fee.

I managed to get Siegrist on a free and I signed Louis Reed last year. Will try some of the others and hope they don't need any wage contribution. Sam Johnstone needed 100% of wages which I couldn't afford.

I got Periera on loan from Manchester United without any fee or contribution in my first season at Southend (I know it's a lower level but who knows?).
I renewed it after promotion and the guy is a beast in the AMC role. He's just on another level and might be able to contribute in the Premier league for you?

So far this season in League 1, He has 8 Apps, 7 goals, 5 assists and an average of 8.64.

Just played Leicester in the Capital One cup and He controlled the game up front with a 9/10 match rating.
